2013 Healthy Eating Tip by Mary Johnson

Bring a healthy lunch to work (for example last night’s left over fish and salad).

If lunch rolls around and you don’t feel like eating it ('cause you’d rather have fries), go for a walk and then keep working.

By the time 1:50 p.m. rolls around you will be starving. Go eat your lunch. It will be the most delicious fish and salad you have ever eaten.
