We're happy to announce the arrival of our little baby girl!
Anneliese June Bates was born on Friday, November 8 at 4:41 am (it always has to happen in the middle of the night for us).
And staying true to the family tradition, she weighed in at a healthy 10 lbs, 8 oz (and 20 1/2 inches long).Everything went beautifully, and we're both recovering well. She is so sweet, looking around at the world with such a wonder-filled expression and a tiny perpetual smile. Her siblings are so excited that she's here and love to hold her.

How Beautiful my little Anneliese is! Thank you Arta for putting this up for the world to see. Greg looked a the picture and said, "There are two Bates" as he pointed to Senya and Ezra. Then he pointed to Ivan and Anneliese and said, "There are two Jamie's (Conrads)" Such a beautiful family.
