Treleaven Boys Retrospective

Here are Gabe and Zack in January 2005.

Here are Gabe and Zack in January 2014.

When they are little and cute, squeeze them, they squeeze back. When they are cheeky, laugh with them. When they cry, hug them. When they are lonely, play with them. When they are tired, lay by them. When they are funny, joke with them. When they are 9 and 11, try and squeeze them again, they say "maww-om".

  2. Lovely little Boys. But do not tell them I said so. Hope you can rope them in in five years time to take the same picture.

  3. I like the retrospective photo-shots. Please give us more.

Is there any chance you can get Audra into those pictures? She has been around for almost long enough.and I love how she will stand for a moment and pose.

I was wondering what pictures I would like to reenact.

At first I wondered if a wedding picture would be good. But getting all of those fine buttons done into those little satin loops on the back of my dress just wouldn't work anymore.

What pictures would I want to reenact. A slam dunk. I didn't have to think long. We can all get into the same outfits. I won't mind if the only change would be a few more wrinkles on everyone's faces.

  4. My mouse sometimes highlights a piece of text and deletes it, which is what happened in the above comment. It is a cruise I want to do a retrospective picture of. One with the Bates and Woods. Any port will do. And I want a picture at all of the ports.

  5. The re-enactment took less than 30 seconds. They happen to be watching tv beside me (I was on computer) with Gabe on Zack's left. When I posted the picture, they looked at the computer and laughed at themselves, then I grabbed my phone, told them to take of their shirts (which of course they wouldn't) and try and make the same pose. It was a simple camera click and facebook post, and then transferred it here. But now I can't help thinking of all their other cute kid pics (with Audra in it too) that I want to re-enact. Stay tuned...

  6. Well, the reenactment made me laugh. I think I saw a series of these pictures once, when I was out on the internet --- adults redoing their childhood or even teen-age photos.

That series was goofy since many of the once athletic bodies were now showing the signs of a few too many calories, even if the poses were the same. People must be laughing so hard when they try to get that old pose updated.

    Yes, I will stay tuned.
